Exchange & Returns
We offer a 30 day unconditional refund & exchange guarantee for unopened & unused items.
Goods for return and exchange are shipped at your own cost. We can help to provide you with a shipping label for your return & exchange items, however this fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed, as we use a 3rd party fulfilment provider. Therefore unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be cancelled and you will need to return these items back to us to receive a full refund.
Please note all memory foam beds are compressed, and vacuum packed within sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns. No returns apply to memory foam beds where the foam is removed from the protective packaging.
Please bear in mind that product photos may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting used during photo shooting, and your monitor or phone displays color settings. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products on the website.
However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitors/phone display settings. Therefore, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges due to color discrepancies of any kind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@bobbybed.com and be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to show up on your statement.
